What each app covers
If you mainly open the app to see the last feed, time a nap or log a diaper change, both apps cover those jobs. Nara Baby also logs pregnancy and postpartum details, including mood and recovery routines. Diaper Days focuses on the child’s care record, with custom activities for details such as a daily walk or bedtime story.

One family record with separate caregiver accounts
In Nara Baby, one paid family plan covers all children and invited caregivers in that family. In Diaper Days, caregivers can share a child’s iCloud profile for free and see who added or edited an event.
Before moving your daily log, have someone else find the last bottle amount and add a change from their own device. If your family uses Android, Nara’s cross-platform access may decide the comparison. Diaper Days runs on Apple devices.
Look back at sleep and feeding patterns
Nara Baby charts sleep by day or week and helps families look at feeding patterns. Diaper Days includes free Insights for logged feeds, diapers, growth and sleep. The sleep charts let you compare daytime and nighttime totals and see the longest stretch recorded each day.
If you are trying to work out whether nights have changed since daycare started, compare a few days with similar records and use notes for anything the chart cannot show, such as a nap that went unrecorded. The sleep guide walks through that example.

Bring over the baby records you still use
You can export a child’s CSV from Nara even when your family’s account is read-only. Diaper Days imports supported Nara care events for free. Keep your original export, especially if it contains details you want to refer to separately. See how to move your Nara Baby history.
