Export care history

Open the profile's Settings and choose Export care history under Profile data. Choose the export offered by the app and save or share it somewhere you control. Check that the exported events open before deleting the original profile.

An export is a separate copy. Protect it wherever you save or send it. Photos may retain camera or location information from the original file.

Delete a profile you own

Open the profile's Settings and choose Delete [name]'s data for everyone. Read and confirm the deletion. It removes that profile's events and photos from the app and requests their removal through iCloud. Other profiles are unaffected.

Keep the app installed and connected while changes synchronize. Other devices and caregivers can take time to receive a deletion. Copies someone already exported or saved cannot be recalled. If deletion reports an error, keep the app installed and contact support@platypen.com.

Repeat for each profile you own if you want to remove all of those care events and photos.

Leave someone else's shared profile

Open the shared profile's Settings and choose Remove [name] from my account. Complete the iCloud sharing flow. Leaving removes your access; it does not delete the owner's profile or other caregivers' copies.

If you own the profile and want to change who can access it, use Manage sharing in the profile's Settings.

Remove private AI history

In Settings, open Diaper Days+ and choose Reset AI memories. Confirm to remove AI conversation history and remembered instructions for all profiles. The change synchronizes through your iCloud account. Saved care events, themes and icons remain.

Analytics, provider records and subscriptions

The Product analytics switch in Settings stops new product-analytics collection. It does not erase earlier reports. Deleting a profile does not automatically erase analytics or support reports already received. See the Privacy Policy for retention limits and how to request deletion of information Platypen can reasonably identify as yours.

Apple, Platypen and service providers may keep limited purchase, security, support or legal records. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel Diaper Days+ separately in your Apple account's Subscriptions settings, or follow Apple's instructions.
