Separate your baby’s record from the extra resources.
Write down the jobs you need the app to do. Finding the last bottle, remembering a nap and saving a question for the next appointment are recordkeeping jobs. Reading articles or looking at comparisons with other families is a different use of your time.
Try those jobs separately. You may like one app’s log and rarely open its broader resources. Or you may already use other apps in the same family and want one subscription across them. Pay for the parts you plan to return to.
Glow Baby offers daily tracking alongside parenting resources. Glow Premium spans four Glow apps and includes articles, comparative insights and an AI assistant. Its official pages describe that broader bundle, rather than only a baby log.

Use the same day to compare both logs. Add one timed sleep, a bottle amount and a note that a feed happened away from home. Later, ask another caregiver to find the last feed and the note. The easier record to use in that moment may be the one your family keeps using.

Choose what you want to compare.
Glow Premium includes comparisons with population data. Diaper Days Insights helps you compare your child’s recorded days: sleep stretches, feeding details and diaper counts. Glow compares a child’s record with population data. Diaper Days charts changes in that child’s own records.
If you are wondering why Tuesday looks different from Monday, start with the entries and their context. Was a nap missing? Did another caregiver record a different amount? The sleep guide explains how to read several days together. Bring health or development concerns to your child’s clinician rather than treating an app comparison as an assessment.
Agree where the next caregiver looks.
Glow Baby requires Family Premium to add a second caregiver. In Diaper Days, caregivers share a child’s iCloud profile for free, and events show who added or edited them. Keep handoff notes near the event they describe so the next person can understand the day without a separate message thread.
If you try a new app, choose a clear point for new entries to move over. Keep a copy of the older history accessible and make sure everyone knows where to find it.
